Today, Monday, Egypt recorded the first death of an Egyptian doctor affected by the Corona virus, which is Dr. Ahmed Al-Luah, Professor and Head of the Medical Analysis Department at Al-Azhar University, in Abu Khalifa Hospital in Ismailia, one of the isolation hospitals.

Egyptian media, quoting the Ministry of Health and Population, reported the death of the country's first doctor who was infected with the new Corona virus.

"The Insider" medical newspaper of the University of Tanta called the Egyptian doctor: "The Insider newspaper mourns the death of Dr. Ahmed El-Louah - Professor of Medical Analysis at the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Azhar University in Port Said - in the isolation hospital as a result of being infected with the Corona virus, praying to God to count him from the martyrs and to inspire his family patience and solace, and we pray to God to preserve the doctors of Egypt and its noble people.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health has announced that the total number of injuries that were recorded in Egypt as of Sunday, is 609 cases, including 132 cases that have been cured and discharged from the isolation hospital, and 40 deaths.
