In honor of the Russian national team entering the 2020 European Football Championship, the television tower in Ostankino was painted in the colors of the national flag. Also on the video screens appeared images of team players and the slogan “Our Boys”.

The Russian team in the eighth round match of the qualifying tournament defeated the Cyprus team (5-0) and qualified ahead of schedule for the European Championship.
