According to data published by the Dubai Statistics Center, issued by the Dubai Municipality, the total number of completed buildings in the emirate reached 4243 new buildings during the first seven months of this year, with an average of about 606 buildings per month and 20 buildings per day.

The data showed that March recorded the highest rate of completed buildings reaching 990 buildings followed by July with 736 buildings, pointing out that investment and private villas accounted for 85.5% of the number of completed buildings in Dubai during the period. The statistics showed that the new buildings were distributed between 2504 buildings for «investment villas», 1123 buildings for «private villas», 198 «floor proportional building», 189 «multi-storey building», while the number of public buildings buildings 135 buildings, and industrial buildings 94 Building.

She pointed out that the investment villas topped the list of completed buildings in the period between January and July of this year, accounting for 59%, followed by villas with a share of 26.5%, and buildings floor rates by 4.7%, while the share of multi-storey buildings reached 4.5%, Public buildings buildings 3.2% and industrial buildings 2.2%.

According to statistics, between January and July 2019, private and investment villas accounted for 85.5% of the total number of completed buildings in Dubai, with an average of 3,627 buildings.

It is noteworthy that during the last year as a whole, the data showed that the total value of completed buildings in Dubai, which amounted to 6043 new buildings, reached 34 billion and 52 million dirhams, a growth of 20.33%, compared to 2017.

Last March recorded the highest rate of completed buildings with 990 buildings.
