With the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, further expanding the search scope and intensity of suspected cases and close contacts in the community in Wuhan is a key link in the epidemic. In February, the Central Steering Group decided to send a 26-member community prevention and control expert group to Wuhan to visit street communities, grass-roots medical institutions, and centralized isolation points, and comprehensively analyze the situation, measures, and effects of community prevention and control. Problems and difficulties, systematic research, advice and suggestions to provide intellectual support for Wuhan community prevention and control work.

As a member of the expert group, Yin Delu said goodbye to his wife and daughter after receiving the instructions on February 6, and rushed on his train bound for Wuhan.

Wuhan is no stranger to Yin Delu. He has been here for more than 10 times to conduct research on primary health care services. In the impression, even in the winter of Wuhan, even when there are snowflakes on the cold river, there will be a warmth in the heart when the sun drops.

However, this time in Wuhan, it completely changed its appearance-from the station to the hotel, the street was almost empty, and occasionally there were two or three cars passing by. Such a scene made Yin Delu feel sad. "I'm glad I came to Wuhan to do something for this city and the people here."

According to the arrangement of the central steering group, the community prevention and control expert groups were dispatched to 13 districts in Wuhan. Yin Delu and another CDC expert are responsible for guiding community prevention and control in Jianghan District. Jianghan District is one of the worst areas in Wuhan. The South China Seafood Market is located in this area. In early February, there were more than 7,000 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.

"We are the" legs "of the central guidance team at the grassroots level. We must run and go deeper into the community to discover the problems in community prevention and control." The 40-year-old "post-80s" Yin Delu clearly knew that The mission is to help the local community to prevent and control the epidemic situation, to fill in the gaps, and to maintain the important position of the community.

They go down the street, enter the community, enter and exit the community health service centers and isolation points, understand the implementation of the community's prevention and control measures, existing problems and difficulties, and propose suggested measures and form an investigation report. Report and provide them with a basis for decision-making.

At the beginning, the biggest problem facing community prevention and control was lack of manpower. Whether it was contacted through WeChat groups, phoned inquiries, or door-to-door visits, it was necessary to carry out house-to-house inspections. At that time, although the local community had sunk some government officials into the community to help, there was still a shortage of staff. At this time, Yin Delu and colleagues thought of Beijing's "Community Report of Party Members" system. So they advised local communities to promote this model. At present, this model has been promoted in Wuhan.

With the continuous deepening of work, Yin Delu found that although Jianghan District has implemented grid management in an all-round way, the grid staff has heavy tasks. He proposed that, in addition to arranging a grid member in each building, he should also use party members and cadres in the sinking community to widely launch community volunteers and form working teams. At the same time, it is necessary to publicize their names, contact information and other relevant information in a prominent position in the community and buildings, and further clarify their responsibilities within the scope of their respective grids. This recommendation has also been implemented across the region.

At present, Yin Delu has visited more than 40 communities, 12 community health service centers, more than 10 centralized isolation points and 9 elderly care institutions in all 12 streets of Jianghan District. On-site inspection based on the national body temperature measurement, closing of stores in large old communities, production of unified inspection operation requirements and related forms, and visit to community health service centers as soon as possible to formulate specific details for centralized isolation and observation of discharged patients in this street. Plan ... Aiming at the problems in the community prevention and control work in Jianghan District, put forward more than a hundred questions and suggestions, and most of the measures have been adopted and implemented by Jianghan District Prevention and Control Command.

Yin Delu still runs around today. Once heavily armed, his equipment was reduced to an N95 mask. "Through everyone's efforts, the community is becoming more and more 'clean', and the burden and fear of staff and residents are becoming less and less," he said.

In mid-March, with changes in the epidemic prevention and control, Yin Delu and his teammates timely reported to the prevention and control team the "Recommendations on the Pilot Program for Conditionally Lifting Bans on" Outbreak-Free Communities ". Subsequently, Wuhan Outbreak-Free Communities began to allow residents to stay in the communities. Orderly activities. Seeing that many suggestions have been adopted and implemented, community prevention and control is becoming more and more effective. Yin Delu only feels "I am proud of my participation", "Here, people feel a kind of silent power. I can It is a great honor to work side by side with them and make some contributions to the epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan. "

In the past few days, the epidemic situation in Wuhan has continued to improve gradually, and everything is gradually recovering. A number of non-infected communities, non-infected communities, and non-infected villages have been announced one after another. He said that in the next step, it is important to resolutely curb the rebound of epidemics in the community.

Running continuously in the community for 50 days, Yin Delu said of the return date: "Let's wait for the day when the epidemic will finally win. There is still a lot of work to do here." (End)
