On Tuesday at 14 in the afternoon, pensioner Erik Nyberg would drive south to Mörbylånga in a case. He was driving along the lower road between Färjestaden and Mörbylånga and was at the height of the four-way intersection at Eriksöre when suddenly a passing car came traveling at a great speed.

The car, which, in Erik's estimation, drove well over 100 kilometers per hour, drove over the solid line and was close to colliding with a road sign as it whizzed past the intersection.

Erik Nyberg wants to draw attention to how dangerous some drivers behave in traffic.

- It was a detour that almost goes to history. It is startlingly careless, he says.

He did not take registration number

The entire sequence was filmed by Erik's camera which he has on the dashboard, a so-called dash cam.

- It was raining and my camera is pretty bad so I couldn't get the registration number, otherwise I had a police report, says Erik Nyberg.

He wants attention to be focused on how dangerous it is to behave as the driver of the overtaking car in traffic.

- The picture is quite fantastic, and an example of how some motorists drive. No normal person expects this behavior from any other road user, he says.
