According to the agency, Trump was exploring the option of easing the sanctions regime to coordinate a meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

The agency also informs that the White House has already begun to work out a possible meeting in New York of the leaders of the United States and Iran.
On September 10, Trump announced that he had dismissed Bolton.
Tehran said that now the American administration will have "fewer obstacles to understanding Iranian realities."
