Asama Volcano lowered to eruption warning level "2" August 19th 11:08

As for Mt. Asama on the prefectural border between Nagano and Gunma where a small eruption occurred on the 7th of this month, the Japan Meteorological Agency said at 11:00 am on the 19th: As a result, the eruption warning level has been lowered from “3” indicating “Iriyama restriction” to “2” indicating “crater area restriction”.
