Skymark applied for re-listing to TSE October 30, 14:13 on October 30 to improve business performance

Skymark, an airline that went bankrupt four years ago, has filed an application to relist its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange because of improved performance.

As Skymark's management deteriorated due to fierce competition with cheap airlines, the company was delisted four years ago by applying to the court to apply the Civil Rehabilitation Law.

After that, with the support of domestic investment funds, etc., the aircraft to be used was unified into smaller aircraft, and the number of passengers in the business was increased, and management was reorganized. Sales were 88.2 billion yen, a record high.

The company has filed an application to relist its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on the 25th of this month as the company's business performance has improved. In the future, with the approval of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we hope to relist by the next December.

Skymark currently operates 21 routes in 11 cities in Japan, and next month it will open a new Saipan route as the first regular international flight. We want to expand our routes and strengthen our profitability.
