Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) announced the closure of its affiliate destinations in Sharjah, noting that the move comes in line with the precautionary measures to protect against the emerging corona virus (Covid 19).
And the authority wrote through its official account on "Twitter" that "it was decided to temporarily close the following facilities and recreational areas within our tourist and leisure destinations, starting from Sunday, until until further notice."
"Shorouq" stated that it closed both the recreational areas in Al Qasba, Al Noor Island, the games area at Al Majaz Waterfront, the parks of the park, Al Hafiya Park, and the Maraya Art Center, in addition to the play areas in Khorfakkan Beach and the play areas in the Shanasiya Market. The authority expressed its best wishes for safety.
