It was the disagreement about Storytel's compensation levels that caused the Bonnier publishing company to release new titles to the streaming service in April this year. But now the parties have agreed on an agreement that will run for three years.

- With this agreement, we have secured predictable and long-term sustainable levels of compensation for us and all our authors, which has been absolutely crucial for us, says Bonnier Publishing CEO Håkan Rudels in a press release.

The agreement covers the Bonnier publisher's entire digital publishing, ie 2,000 audio books and 7,000 e-books - as well as future publishing.

- I am extremely pleased that Storytel's customers can read and listen to the entire Bonnier publisher's catalog, including all new books. Storytel and Bonnierförlagen have had intensive negotiations during the summer, which finally led to the fact that we could enter into the agreement today. It's been a rewarding and a take, ”says Storytel's CEO Jonas Tellander in the press release.
