It was during the search of his home that the police found the lifeless body of the woman , who was allegedly stabbed.

A spokesman for the Mannheim police told Efe that he could not offer more details of what happened or facilitate the nationality of the victim when the case was found in the hands of the Prosecutor's Office, so he could not confirm whether it was the murdered Spanish woman .

According to the police statement, the circumstances of what happened are still unknown and the autopsy is expected to allow more details.
