A call from a neighbor of Carabanchel to telephone 091 has been decisive so that the National Police stopped last night the alleged murderer of the surgeon of the Hospital La Princesa de Madrid Pilar Cardeñoso, who on Friday was found dead at his home in the district of Tetuán de la capital.
According to police reports, the detention carried out last night has been possible thanks to a citizen alerting the agents through 091 believing they recognized him on public roads. Immediately, a security patrol moved to the area and toured the surroundings until he detected the presence of Thomas, who had changed his physical appearance, and arrested him.
Investigators determined the alleged participation of the arrested in the crime shortly after being committed. The investigation began last Friday, when agents appeared at the victim's home and discovered his lifeless body. Investigators of the homicide and scientific police group were initiated at the scene, who initiated the first investigations, which allowed them to determine their alleged participation in the events.
