12 UAE officials, including eight ministers led by Lieutenant General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, will deliver the keynote speech at the opening of the Aqdar World Summit in Moscow. For the first time outside the UAE, the Aqdar World Summit is organized by the Khalifa Empowerment Program and implemented by Index for Conferences and Exhibitions. It discusses the issues of individuals and their empowerment in communities and supports social initiatives to build prosperous countries.
The Summit attracts dignitaries, experts, speakers and community actors from around the world, and addresses issues of education and their role in the development of nations.
Emirati officials present a high-level agenda, which addresses various important topics on the empowerment of societies at different levels: educational, cultural, intellectual and technological, and focuses on three main axes: (education and national service, essential ingredients for the empowerment of Emirati youth), and (technical, intellectual and food security) Strategic pillars for the empowerment of communities and youth, the UAE (model), (advanced science and future projects, and their roles in empowerment and community welfare).
