For his part, former member of the Legal Committee of the Football Association, Counselor Abdullah Al-Qadi, stressed that if the members of the Board of Directors submitted collective resignations, there would be no vacuum in managing the affairs of the Union until the transitional committee assumed its duties, noting that “the Secretary-General of the Football Association is the one who performs Currently running the Federation's work cupboard until the interim committee officially takes over. ”

Article 101

Article 151

In the event of the resignation of a majority or all members of the Board of Directors, a transitional committee will be formed according to the following procedures:

1- The General Secretariat of the Federation invites the extraordinary general assembly to form the transitional committee within seven days of the date of the last resignation submitted.

2- The extraordinary general assembly meeting is chaired by the oldest member represented, and its mission is limited to managing the meeting. He is not entitled to vote unless the votes are equal then his vote is likely.

3- The General Assembly shall appoint representatives from the members, provided that the number does not exceed 11 and not less than seven members to take over the membership of the transitional committee to conduct the union's work, and the transitional committee chooses a chairman from among its members.

4- The transitional committee shall perform its duties during the period specified in this system.

5- The transitional committee shall conduct the activities of the Union in accordance with this system in a manner that ensures the achievement of the public interest.

Article 152

The transitional committee holds an extraordinary general assembly to elect the new board members within 90 days of its formation, which can be extended for a similar period.

Article 154

The decision to dissolve the union requires the approval of a two-thirds majority of the members of the General Assembly.
