The system provides many services to federal government employees, ensuring that their salaries are paid through a unified system, enabling them to complete human resources procedures through the self-service portal for each employee, and speeding up electronic approvals for some human resources procedures.
Al Suwaidi said that the self-service phase is one of the most important stages of the system. Federal government employees can complete and follow up their own human resources procedures, which will facilitate the provision of human resources services in ministries and federal agencies.
