It builds upon the performance of human resources, based on modern concepts and global standards, establishes a unified federal government database, reflects its reality, supports decision makers, and assists in planning processes.

The system provides many services to federal government employees, ensuring that their salaries are paid through a unified system, enabling them to complete human resources procedures through the self-service portal for each employee, and speeding up electronic approvals for some human resources procedures.

Al Suwaidi said that the self-service phase is one of the most important stages of the system. Federal government employees can complete and follow up their own human resources procedures, which will facilitate the provision of human resources services in ministries and federal agencies. She pointed out that the application of the smart body FAHR witnessed a great interaction of employees, which has been loaded more than 49 thousand times since its launch. In addition, more than 10,000 self-service transactions were carried out by federal and federal officials during May and June.
