The incident occurred in a community outside Sundsvall just under a year ago. The now 19-year-old man is suspected of having had vaginal intercourse with a 13-year-old girl at the time. According to the lawsuit, the 19-year-old had reasonable reason to assume that the plaintiff was under 15 years.
The evidence in the case consists of testimonials and journal notes that show that the 13-year-old girl went to the juvenile reception and told about the rape.
The suspected man denies crime.
