Abu Dhabi Police warned against throwing masks and gloves on roads and public facilities after using them as they pose health and environmental risks to our society and urged them to take positive behaviors that enhance the preservation of the environment and the civilizational appearance of cities.

She explained that this behavior may cause the transmission of diseases to others, especially if they are contaminated and contacted, stressing that the commitment of preventive and preventive measures is a shared responsibility of all.

It stated that the Traffic Law stated in Article 71 that "throwing waste from vehicles on the road is a violation while driving", which is a fine of 1,000 dirhams, and the registration of 6 traffic points for violating drivers.

She called for the necessity of cooperating with the competent authorities in caring for health, safety and the environment by disposing of gloves and masks used in closed garbage containers.
