'Dolor y gloria', by Almodóvar, will represent Spain at the Oscars

Pain and glory , by Pedro Almodóvar, is the film that will represent Spain in the Oscar competition for the best non-English film to be awarded in Hollywood on February 20. The decision has been taken by the Film Academy, which had shortlisted Pain and Glory along with Mientrad during the war, by Alejandro Amenábar and Simón and the paradise of the turtles, by Salvador Simó.
