The Ministry of Infrastructure Development started the second session of the Ajyaluna initiative, which aims to support new graduates seeking work, who do not have field experience, to meet with a briefing held by the Ministry's office in Dubai, attended by graduates who are candidates to benefit from the initiative, which is considered the first of its kind at the level of Governmental entities.

The initiative, which will be offered to 65 new graduates, will benefit 20 graduates with electrical, mechanical, industrial, civil and sustainability engineering certificates, an increase of 200% over the previous cycle.

The Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry, Eng. Nadia Musallam Al Naqbi, confirmed that the recent graduation of UAE nationals with engineering certificates to register in Ajyaluna initiative confirms its importance and its vital role in qualifying them to lead the engineering sector to the labor market and give them practical experience. Contribute to their future aspirations.

The initiative aims at providing training to graduates of engineering disciplines for male and female citizens, and integrating them in the field work for three months in various engineering sectors, in order to qualify them for the labor market in engineering disciplines and specialized areas that serve the work environment in the ministry, pointing out that the initiative was developed to become more specialized , And serve the future direction of the ministry relying on innovation and support the system of artificial intelligence.

She pointed out the ministry's keenness to support the national talents of the youth by qualifying them to be the nucleus of the future and the basis of prosperity and development witnessed by the UAE in various fields.
