In the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, the number of confirmed patients with new coronavirus infections (Corona 19) increased overnight, and the anti-corruption authorities began to prepare for emergency measures.

According to Daegu City, Gyeongbuk-do, and the Central Defense Response Headquarters on the 20th, 30 people were added to Daegu and Gyeongbuk from 4:00 pm the day before.

Twenty-three of the 30 new patients were found to be related to the case of the church (Shincheonji Jesus Church) where 31 patients (61 years old, Korean) attended.

The other two are medical institutions in Qingdao (Qingdao University Hospital, South Korea) and the other five confirm the connection.

Among the new participants were one teacher of the art academy and one teacher of the daycare center.

The artpil art academy in Manchon-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, and the Dong-gu Hanalim daycare center where the sponsors worked were closed. The students and workers were quarantined.

Daegu City predicted that the number of confirmed patients would increase by reaching 90 patients who said, "There are symptoms," as a result of a survey of 11 members of the Taegu Church in Sincheonji, the first patient in the region.

"There are no symptoms," said the 515 health officials and 396 people who could not be contacted.

The city has repeatedly requested the central government to provide full support for securing medical personnel and medical facilities.

Kwon Young-jin, the Mayor of Daegu, said, "Citizens, please refrain from going out and wear masks for the time being."
