January 16, 2020 The head of the Russian Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin, proposed as candidate for the post of prime minister by Vladimir Putin, said in a meeting with the group of United Russia in the Duma (lower house of parliament) that some changes are scheduled in the new government. "Mishustin said there will be some changes in the government without giving further details," a source told Tass. The United Russia group then unanimously supported the appointment of Mishustin.
