The sweltering heat continues.

While the heat wave warning is in effect across the country, today (8th) will be hotter than yesterday as the daytime temperature in Seoul rises to 34 degrees.

Occasionally, it will rain showers in the central inland, but the momentum of the heat will still be there with less passing moments.

Rather, if there is a weather variable in the east coast and southern regions, it is Typhoon Rupit.

The typhoon will pass through the distant seas of Jeju this afternoon and will go straight to Japan, so it will not have a direct impact on Korea.

If you look at the radar image right now, it is raining everywhere in the eastern regions such as Jeju Island and Yeongnam Province. Until tomorrow, water bombs of 250 mm or more will be poured on Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and 200 mm or more in the eastern coastal regions. No rain is expected.

As a result, preliminary warnings have been issued in various places.

Rain and wind will continue until tomorrow, so be careful of strong winds and swell waves.
