At around 3:20 a.m. on the 20th (the 20th), a report was received by the police of suspicion of drunk driving in an underpass in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

The police found a vehicle suspected of drinking in front of an elementary school in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and conducted a breathalyzer test on the driver and passengers, respectively.
One person's blood alcohol level was at the level of license revocation, and the other was confirmed to be at the level of suspension.

Both of them are foreigners who entered Korea on a work visa.
They were found to be driving without a license.
In a call with SBS, the reporter explained, "As the suspected drunken vehicle continued to drive, I was chased to prevent another accident."
