The court of first instance sentenced A to 6 months in prison and 2 years of probation, but the prosecution appealed, saying the sentence was light.

The second trial court increased the prison sentence compared to the first trial and explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The victim is still concerned about the defendant's recidivism and is complaining of fear and anxiety."

It is known that A has a history of being sentenced to a fine for theft in the past.
