Last night (18th) night (18th), SBS obtained the scene of Jang Yong-jun, the son of Assemblyman Jang Je-won and rapper named 'Noel', refusing to take a breathalyzer and obstructing police performance.

The Seocho Police Station in Seoul arrested Jang at the intersection of St. Mary's Hospital in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu at around 10:50 last night on charges of refusing to take a breathalyzer.

In addition to refusing to take a breathalyzer test, Jang is also charged with driving without a license and obstructing the execution of official duties under the Road Traffic Act.

In the process of changing lanes, he collided with a car next to him, and the police who witnessed the accident while on patrol asked for a breathalyzer, but he refused and assaulted the policeman by pushing him.

The police also plan to arrest the party in the passenger seat of Mr. Jang on charges of aiding in drunk driving.

Jang was on probation two years ago for a drunken accident while intoxicated.

Jang's arguing while obstructing the execution of official duties was captured in the black box of the vehicle behind.

After a while, you can see the situation at the time through the black box video on SBS 8 News.
