Gaojiabao is located in the central part of Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province. It is historically located in the border fortress. It is a large town of local trade and culture with many cultural monuments.
Among the many filming locations for the TV series "The Ordinary World", the ancient town of Gaojiabao became famous as the "Original West County".
The nostalgic buildings with a sense of age seem to make people go back to the 1970s and 1980s.
