A decision has been made to reveal the identity of Kim Byung-chan, 35, who stabbed and killed a woman in her 30s after stalking her.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency decided to release the identity of Kim Byung-chan, who was arrested on charges of murder, at around 4:30 pm on the 24th.
