The Korea Exchange has decided to delist ShillaJen, which has been suspended for 1 year and 8 months.

The Korea Exchange held a corporate review committee on the afternoon of the 18th and announced that it had decided to delist ShillaJen from the KOSDAQ market.

The final delisting of ShillaJen will be decided at the KOSDAQ Market Committee to be held within 20 business days.

The KOSDAQ Market Committee may decide to delist or grant an improvement period.

ShillaJen's stock trading was suspended in May 2020 due to a substantive review of eligibility for listing due to allegations of embezzlement and breach of trust by former and current executives, including former CEO Moon Eun-sang.
