The first batch of pilgrims launched, the first group of pilgrims, the Zayed Hajj Program, which is prepared annually by the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation annually, who obtained permits from the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments and the Hajj grant from the Foundation after meeting the required conditions from Citizens with limited income and enjoy the health that qualifies them to perform the rituals.

They were bid farewell at Abu Dhabi Airport by a number of the Foundation's administrative staff who take the initiative to assist the pilgrims in facilitating their travel matters, and distribute the Hajj program to them from the time they departed from the airport until their safe return to the homeland.

The pilgrims are accompanied by some administrators from the institution and pilgrim care campaigns, in addition to the medical staff, including male and female doctors, nurses, and a number of religious preachers accredited by the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments.

The pilgrims were directed and provided with a number of commandments regarding observing health instructions such as wearing a mask, preventing crowding, maintaining cleanliness, washing hands, and others, in addition to advising them to inquire about the rituals of Hajj from scholars, accompanying the campaign directly, and to follow the applied administrative instructions in force by the General Authority for Civil Affairs. Islamic Endowments.

On this occasion, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Zaabi - Director of Programs and Projects Department at the Foundation welcomed all pilgrims, praying to God for them success and acceptance.

He stressed that all the administrators of the institution and the campaign are constantly following up the affairs of the pilgrims and in all the rituals in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Mina and at the level of Arafat and Muzdalifah until returning to Mecca and then returning to the land of the Emirates in peace.
