Xinhua News Agency, Shanghai, April 19 (Reporters Zhou Rui and Gong Wen) The reporter learned from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology that on April 18, with the full coordination of Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province and Shanghai Municipality, emergency protection of important materials in the Yangtze River Delta was carried out. The transfer station (Zhejiang-Shanghai) was officially put into operation.

This batch of transfer stations will promote the in-station circulation of important production materials across the province, open up the "vessels" of freight in the Yangtze River Delta region, and realize cross-regional interconnection of materials in the industrial chain and supply chain.

At noon on the 18th, the first freight car drove out from the Shanghai Jiading Anting transfer station. After verifying the identity information, pass and nucleic acid status at the expressway crossing, under the guidance of the traffic police, it successfully arrived at the Hangzhou transfer station at 2:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m., the truck returned to the Anting transfer station for non-contact unloading. On the premise of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the first freight transfer task was successfully completed.

According to the requirements, the transit station for emergency supply of important materials in the Yangtze River Delta implements closed-loop management and "contactless" delivery throughout the whole process. Each station covers an area of about 5,000 square meters and can guarantee the transit needs of 30 vehicles of more than 20 tons per day. The connection method eliminates the risk of epidemic transmission, ensures the smooth transportation of materials, and effectively helps the stable operation of the regional industrial chain and supply chain.

In accordance with the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, the transit station resolutely implements the "four determinations and five determinations", and adopts the transportation management plan of "determining people, vehicles, routes, and enterprises" and "stopping, unloading, inspection, and installation immediately." , and go” transit management plan to ensure the safety and order of “people, goods, vehicles, and warehouses”.

Led by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission and other commissions, offices and bureaus have coordinated with the local governments. SAIC Anji Logistics Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction and operation of transfer stations. Two in Shanghai are located in Jiading District and Minhang District; two in Zhejiang are located in Hangzhou and Ningbo respectively; and two in Jiangsu are under construction.
