incident took place today (19th) at around 10:40 am in a quiet rural village in Wolya-myeon, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do.

A man in his 40s, whose hometown is home, jumped in front of a vehicle passing by a road in the village and wielded a weapon at a female driver in his 50s.

The victim driver was a woman who had no one side view with the man who was attacked.

Here, the man who wielded a weapon against the woman next door followed him to a worker at a nearby construction site who was watching the scene, and again swung the weapon.

The offender's do-not-ask crime did not end with seriously injuring a worker in her 40s.

This time, I went to a neighbor's house and injured a woman in her 70s and a woman in her 50s.

The violence of a man in his 40s ended with self-harm while confronting the police who had been reported and dispatched.

The offender man had recently come down to his hometown house after his father had suffered a brain hemorrhage, and he did not come and go with the residents even during normal times.

[Village Residents: There was a rumor that (the perpetrator) was a person who became popular.

I didn't talk about it because I avoided the residents.]

Fortunately, the four people who suffered severe and serious injuries are known to have no harm to their lives.

The police plan to charge the offender for special injuries and investigate the exact details of the crime, including the motives of the crime, as soon as treatment is finished.
