Ministry of Justice canceled a face-to-face inspection of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol yesterday (19th).

The reason is that the Supreme Swordsman did not cooperate, but refusal to inspect inspection may be a ground for disciplinary action.

Supreme Prosecutors' Office was tense as 2:00 p.m. when the Ministry of Justice informed him that he would face the Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol.

However, prosecutors in the Department of Justice's Office of the Inspectorate did not appear at the office until the scheduled time passed.

And after about 40 minutes, it was announced that the schedule for a face-to-face investigation was canceled.

The prosecutor general's secretary was asked whether the investigation was conducted, but in fact, he refused to comply with the prosecution and, in fact, turned over responsibility to the general public.

The Ministry of Justice, however, clarified the policy to enforce a face-to-face investigation against Yun, saying that there could be no sanctuary in the prosecution.

In particular, he made a meaningful statement that he will continue to proceed in accordance with the laws and principles in the future.

It is interpreted that the refusal of a face-to-face investigation was defined as refusal to comply with the supervision and made it a reason for disciplinary action.

After that, it is a procedure to evict President Yoon by suggesting dismissal to President Moon Jae-in, who is the right of appointment.

However, there is a raging voice from the inside saying that it is an unfair exercise of supervision and insults the president.

There is also a cautious sense of the trend that if Minister Chu throws a super storm of exclusion from duties, President Yoon must also take legal action.
