Puppy, which had been controversial for animal abuse after being left for a year in a parked car in Haeundae, Busan, was rescued by an animal protection organization.

Animal Rights Group Care said yesterday (27th) that a dog left in a passenger car was taken over from the owner and protected.

The incident began on the 23rd at 0:30 am when a report was received at 112 that a dog was left in a car in an apartment parking lot in Haeundae-gu, Busan.

"The dog owner showed personal obsession with the dog after suffering, but he kept it in the car full of garbage for more than a year, and he was unable to properly manage his health," he said.

He also said, "The temperature of the car at the time of rescue rose to over 48 degrees Celsius and at least 55 degrees during the day. It was because of the guard who didn't die for a year, but in the future it could put the car door at greater risk."

Care reported that it was the first time that the issue had been reported to the police, leaving the dog to the respondent who responded and preparing for adoption if he returned to health.

After the incident was reported, the dog owner's animal abuse was controversial, and Haeundae-gu accused the police of violating the animal protection law.
