Yonhap News reported that a front-line police officer filed a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, saying,'The police command forced the vaccine to be vaccinated against Corona 19'.

Reportedly, on the 30th of last month, sergeant Kim Mo of the Gyeongnam Gimhae Central Police Station filed a complaint on the 30th of last month, stating that ``Chief of Police Commissioner Kim Chang-ryong and Gyeongnam Police Commissioner Lee Moon-soo violated the human rights of employees''.

It is reported that, contrary to the initial pledge of the police command to leave the vaccinations on their own, Sergeant Kim was told to increase the vaccination rate, comparing the vaccination reservation rates by police station and district, and insisting that he psychologically pressured employees.

Previously, the quarantine authorities had scheduled the vaccination period for socially essential personnel such as police officers, marine police officers, and firefighters in June, but recently advanced it to the end of April.

Accordingly, police officers can be vaccinated with the AstraZeneca vaccine starting on the 26th of last month.
