"Dubai Summer Surprises 2021" kicks off July 1
The twenty-fourth edition of "Dubai Summer Surprises 2021" will start on the first of next July and continue until the 4th of next September, to provide residents and visitors of Dubai with distinguished promotions, valuable prizes, wonderful events and recreational activities that suit all family members, as well as shopping, entertainment and distinguished hospitality experiences over a period of ten weeks.
Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai "Dubai Tourism", "Dubai Summer Surprises" highlights the summer season in the city and is the ideal time to visit and explore the city's great options and great prices.
The city will shine with colorful decorations and lights to create an atmosphere of joy and fun in various parts and allow the public to enjoy the exciting activities of Dubai Summer Surprises.
"Dubai Summer Surprises" kicks off this year with fireworks displays, light projection and a dancing fountain in the Burj Khalifa and The Point areas, and Dubai Festival City Mall through the "Imagine" show.
Residents and visitors of Dubai will also enjoy the return of promotions, while the new additions to this year's edition of "Dubai Summer Surprises" include events specialized in food and beverages.
The event, as usual, offers shoppers a lot of opportunities to win valuable prizes from raffles and gifts, in addition to major promotions during Eid Al-Adha and the annual back-to-school season.
Ahmed Al Khaja, Executive Director of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said that Dubai Summer Surprises is one of the most important events in Dubai's annual calendar for the retail sector, where the city's residents and visitors can live the wonderful atmosphere created by this huge celebration through distinctive shopping, entertainment and hospitality experiences. This year it will offer ten weeks of promotions, raffles, prizes, family activities and much more making it one of the best courses ever.
He added, "Dubai Summer Surprises" reinforces the city's position as a favorite destination for families during the summer and highlights this season as a springboard to restore the momentum of the tourism and retail sectors in the city. The golden jubilee of its establishment, as well as preparations to host "Expo 2020 Dubai", the first World Expo to be organized in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, next October.
