A man who killed a woman in her 70s, the owner of a gosiwon in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, received a warrant review.
The man has been living in this gosiwon for nearly 14 years, and it is known that he committed the crime for the victim's cash on the day he decided to leave his room.

Earlier, on the 27th, the police applied for an arrest warrant for A on the charge of murdering the owner, B, in his 70s, and stealing a bankbook and cash worth 60,000 won at a four-story gosiwon in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 27th.
It was confirmed that Mr. A, who was unemployed, said that he had committed the crime when he found out that there was cash in the bag that Mr. B usually carried during the police investigation.
Mr. B has always been close to Mr. A, who has been living in the gosiwon he ran for 14 years, and it is known that he received the monthly rent at a lower price than the surrounding market rate considering his circumstances.
It is said that Mr. A committed the crime when he sought the first basement floor where Mr. B was staying to return his key while terminating his gosiwon contract.
On the day before the crime, which was the date of writing the regular contract for Gosiwon, Mr. A personally found Mr. B, handed him a drink and received the contract.
A police official said, "He was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crime."
Whether or not to arrest Mr. A is expected to be decided tonight at the earliest.
