Some companies, local governments, etc. are beginning to abolish the gender column, but NPO corporations leave the gender column in general resumes and demand for the abolition of about 10,000 people. The signature has been submitted to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

After submitting the signature, NPO representative Haruki Konno, who held a press conference, said, "The presence of a gender column in the resume leads to the compulsory spread of transgenderness, which inevitably leads to power harassment. I want you to know that."
