Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The authorities warn the population in Hamburg Veddel because of the large fire in a warehouse of the heavy smoke development.
The cloud of smoke is moving east.
Veddel, Harburg, Billbrock, Moorfleet, Wilhelmsburg, Billstedt, Öjendorf, Oststeinbek, Glinde, Neuschönningstedt and Reinbek are affected, according to the official warning.
Among other things, the fire brigade recommends avoiding the affected area and paying attention to announcements from the police and fire brigade.
Windows and doors should be closed, ventilation and air conditioning switched off.
Anyone who is in the car in the area concerned should immediately switch the ventilation to recirculated air and leave the area.
