Schönfeld (dpa / bb) - In two accidents on Autobahn 10 near Schönefeld, a total of ten people were injured.
According to the police, a minibus crashed between the Schönefelder Kreuz and the Fichtenplan service station on Tuesday on a sign wagon of the motorway maintenance authority.
Both the 28-year-old minibus driver and the eight passengers suffered injuries, three of them were seriously injured, the police said on Wednesday.
All inmates were taken to nearby hospitals.
Because of the closure of the Berliner Ring in the direction of Magdeburg, there was a traffic jam, which at times extended to the Niederlehme junction.
A little later, a motorcyclist was seriously injured in another accident on the A10 between the Königs Wusterhausen junction and Schönefelder Kreuz.
A tractor-trailer hit the motorcyclist.
The 55-year-old was taken to hospital by a rescue helicopter with serious injuries.
An expert was called in to determine the cause of the accident.
The motorway had to be completely closed at times in the west direction, there were traffic obstructions until Tuesday evening.
