The Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced that it has confirmed that 213 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in Tokyo based on preliminary figures as of 3:00 pm on the 24th.
The number of confirmed infections per day falls below 500 for 18 consecutive days, and below 300 for 4 consecutive days.
