Kiel (AP) - handball record champions THW Kiel has resumed training.
There are only seven professionals available to trainer Filip Jicha.
«To really train handball, we would need a complete team.
But we make sure that the guys are fit and ready for the rest of the program that awaits us, ”Jicha told the“ Kieler Nachrichten ”(Saturday).
The Czech also watches the games at the World Cup in Egypt.
“It's a nice opportunity to see a lot of young players.
After every game I write a new name on my list, ”he said.
The Kielers currently have to do without seven World Cup drivers.
That's why the Champions League winner has replenished his training group with young players.
The Champions League season will continue on February 4th with the home game against Motor Zaporozhye.
Nine games are on the program for THW in February.
