The "Cityscape Intelligence" platform, the leading portal in the field of real estate market analysis in the region, has released the first edition of the elite list in the real estate sector for the year 2020, which represents a ranking of 20 of the most prominent and influential exceptional personalities in the sector in the Middle East and North Africa. The UAE is ranked with 13 of the most prominent influential figures.

A statement issued yesterday stated that the list, which was classified by a committee of experts in the real estate sector, included prominent names at the local and regional levels, including the CEO of the "NEOM" project, a future city full of the latest smart city technologies, Nazmi Al-Nasr, the Chairman and CEO of Ports Dubai World and Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Virgin Hyperloop One", Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, is among the most prominent leaders of mega projects, governmental and private real estate development companies in the region.

The list of the elite of the real estate sector also included the names of important personalities, such as: Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for International Cooperation, Director General of the Office of Expo 2020 Dubai, Reem Al Hashemi, and Director General of the Land and Property Department.
