  Based on price monitoring clues, the State Administration of Market Supervision has successively reviewed Orange Heart Optimal (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Orange Heart Optimal), Shanghai Yucan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Duo Duo Mai Cai), Shenzhen Meituan Optimal Technology Co., Ltd. (Meituan Optimal) ), Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. (Shihui Group), Wuhan Qizhong Meiwei Technology Co., Ltd. (食xianghui) and other five community group buying companies were investigated for suspected improper price behavior.

  After investigation, four companies including Orange Heart Optimal (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yucan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Meituan Optimal Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. In order to exclude competitors or monopolize the market, in addition to sexual products and overstocked products, dumping at prices below cost disrupts the normal order of production and operation, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other operators, and violates the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China" "Article 14 (2).

  Five companies, including Orange Heart Optimal (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yucan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Meituan Optimal Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Qizhong Meiwei Technology Co., Ltd. used false or The misleading price tactics to trick consumers into dealing with them violated Article 14 (4) of the Price Law of the People’s Republic of China.

  On March 3, 2021, the State Administration of Market Supervision issued a group purchase to four communities including Orange Heart Optimal (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yucan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Meituan Optimal Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. The enterprises were fined 1.5 million yuan in administrative penalties, and Wuhan Qizhong Meiwei Technology Co., Ltd. was imposed a fine of 500,000 yuan in administrative penalties.
