Martin Magnusson, regional health manager at the Östergötland Region, says that the region now believes that there are signs that the spread of infection has decreased around the county, at the same time as it is seen that the number of inpatients has decreased.
- We have been on a plateau phase for quite some time and now the last few weeks we think it is decreasing a bit, says Martin Magnusson.
Despite the fact that the number of hospitalized in the region's hospitals has decreased, Martin Magnusson says that the burden on healthcare is still high.
