According to today's Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System, Chairman Lee's home in Hannam-dong (1,245.1㎡), the number one single-family house in history, posted a public price of 43.15 billion won this year, up 5.6% from last year.



In 2019, when the public price of high-priced single-family houses soared by more than 50%, this house rose to 39.8 billion won from 26.1 billion won in the previous year by a similar rate (52.4%), and last year, it rose 2.6% to 40.85 billion won. I have done it.



Chairman Lee's house (342.9㎡) in Itaewon-dong, the second most expensive house, rose 2.2% from 34.2 billion won last year to 34.96 billion won this year.



Shinsegae Chairman Lee Myung-hee's home in Hannam-dong (2,604.78㎡) this year's public price was 30.65 billion won, a 6.6% increase from 28.84 billion won last year.



The official prices of former presidents' homes have also increased a lot.
