, has been acquitted by the Criminal Court number 3 of San Sebastián, as it was not considered proven that he was the one who carried out the massive dissemination of the video through WhatsApp.
Enrich, who continues to play for Eibar, and Luna,

, will not go to prison with this sentence.
Initially, the Prosecutor's Office and the private prosecution requested five years in prison for each of them, but after acknowledging the facts during the trial and asking the victim for forgiveness, that request was reduced to two years, which is what the judge has now sentenced .
