Also, the ministry warned that in the mountainous and foothill regions of the North Caucasus and the south of the country there is a possibility of landslides and soil subsidence.
Earlier, the Emergencies Ministry warned of avalanche danger in the mountains of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic at a level above 2000 m.
