According to the investigation, on November 1, during the execution of drilling operations in oil mine No. 3 of the Yareganeft enterprise, elements of the mine structures caught fire due to violations of the industrial safety requirements of hazardous production facilities.
At the time of the incident, 82 workers were in the mine, 80 rose to the surface.
