The Covid continues to disrupt the football planet.
One year late, the Men's Football Euro will begin in the summer of 2021. But the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) which organizes the competition has not yet unveiled the health rules chosen in the face of the new coronavirus.
This makes it difficult to prepare for the retransmission of matches by the channels concerned, including TF1.
Kick-off is scheduled for 100 days on June 11.
With a year of delay imposed by the Covid-19, the men's football Euro will begin a few days before the summer of 2021. But the delay, there are also some in the preparation.
The sanitary conditions have not yet been detailed by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) which organizes the competition.
They should be in April.
This has direct consequences for TF1, one of the two broadcasters in France, with M6.

"We are advancing on several tracks. What is certain is that we will have people on the ground," explains Julien Millereux.
"The unknowns is knowing what they will have access to in the stadium, whether or not there will be supporters, whether we can discuss with the families of the players ... Our DNA is to tell stories. We will see to what extent we can do it. "
No details, for the moment, on the team of consultants who will cover the Euro.
On the other hand, the chain promises magazines at the end of the matches.
Women's Euro shifted to 2022
And the men's Euro is not the only international football competition to be shifted.
The Women's Euro was to take place this summer.
It is postponed until next year.
A competition whose rights have in part been purchased by TF1, which will broadcast 14 matches.
"This allows us to have a fairly exceptional sequence of major events on TF1, with the Men's Euro this summer, the Women's Euro next year and the Men's World Cup in 2022", lists the sports director of TF1.
"In 18 months, it's quite unique, and it allows us to remember that TF1 is really the chain of major events."
