His skinny geek character got fans of the show laughing a lot, but his career pretty much ended there.
Despite the international success of the sitcom of the 1990s, he was subsequently given only small roles in secondary productions.
Confused with the rest of the cast, he does not appear in the reboot of the series, which aired last September.
